As a key member of our dental team at Driftwood Dental, your responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms for procedures and assisting our dental professionals. You will also take dental X-rays, maintain cleanliness, and educate patients about oral hygiene. Collaboration and excellent patient service are essential in our innovative practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare treatment rooms and materials efficiently
• Assist during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort
• Conduct X-rays and maintain digital patient records
• Perform sterilization and follow infection control protocols
• Educate patients on necessary post-treatment care
Requirements:
• Registered or Certified as a Dental Assistant
• Preferred prior experience in a dental setting
• Understanding of IPAC standards for infection control
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient interactions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
