We are in search of an experienced licensed Early Childhood Educator for a leadership role in Kelowna, BC. This educator should possess familiarity with the BCELF, the Reggio Emilia approach and the Curiosity approach. This educator must have strong ability to lead others within an environment which values relationship, respect and reciprocity. A leader in our organization leads within a collaborative approach which values communication.

• A strong ability to collaborate and communicate with others within an environment which values relationship, respect and reciprocity.
• Ability to support a team in a Reggio‑inspired/emergent curriculum.
• Ability to nurture team.
• Strong communication skills both written and spoken.
• Open and keen to learn.
• Ability to take direction and action quickly.
• Firm, fair and fun.

• ECE/IT/SN.
• 5+ years experience.
• Child Safe first aid.
• Clear criminal record check.
• Class 5 drivers license.
