Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) is a proud community dedicated to supporting Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans and their families. We design and deliver programs that enhance mental, social, physical, financial and family well‑being. Our staff organize recreation, sports and fitness programs, financial services, retail benefits and family support events.

Responsibilities- Lead and design recreational activities—arts and crafts, fitness and wellness, performing arts, sports and outdoor adventure—for preschoolers, children, youth, adults and seniors.
- Teach and lead individuals and groups while ensuring a healthy and safe environment.
- Assist in building community connections and encouraging social interaction.
- Manage multiple positions across various locations and program formats ranging from weekly classes to day camps.
- Education, Certifications and Licences – High school diploma (or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience).
- Current CPR and Basic First Aid Qualifications – Must hold valid CPR and Basic First Aid.
- Driver’s licence – Province valid licence, an asset.

Perform moderate lifting, carrying, pulling and/or pushing (more than 10 lbs/4.5 kg but less than 50 lbs/23 kg). Successful candidate will be required to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check.
