As a key player in instructional design, you will work on crafting learning experiences that support Redwood’s automation and file transfer solutions. Your responsibilities will involve utilizing design frameworks, managing training program life cycles, and applying learner-friendly strategies to develop clear instructional materials. Teaming up with SMEs is vital to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master the design lifecycle from analysis to evaluation

• Structure instructional content for various learning formats

• Conduct action mapping to identify business and learning goals

• Optimize storyboards with AI assistance and stakeholder input

• Maintain high-quality learning materials through consistent review

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in instructional design or related fields

• Familiarity with tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Experience with adult learning theory and methodologies

• Preferred background in developing technical or SaaS training
