Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive messaging

Manage timelines and keep pursuits on track, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality

Edit and refine documents for clarity, tone, grammar, and brand consistency

Develop marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, and award submissions

Maintain and enhance marketing materials (project sheets, resumes, boilerplate content) in the company database

Research clients and markets to strengthen proposal strategies

Facilitate debriefs to continuously improve win strategies and processes

What You Bring:

3–5 years of experience in proposal development, marketing, or communications

Background in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or professional services is a strong asset

Proven ability to analyze RFPs and craft strategic, high‑quality responses

Exceptional organization and time‑management skills—you can juggle multiple deadlines without missing a beat

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with sharp attention to detail

Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, plus proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

Experience with InDesign and familiarity with CRM tools or AI applications

Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal)

Why TYLin?

Work on meaningful, large‑scale infrastructure projects that shape communities

Be part of a collaborative, global team that values innovation and creativity

Grow your career in a company known for technical excellence and industry leadership

Contribute directly to winning work and driving business growth

If you’re a detail‑driven storyteller who enjoys turning ideas into winning proposals—and you’re ready to make your mark in a global engineering firm—we’d love to hear from you.
