This position plays a vital role within the Academic and Career Development Team, focusing on enhancing student experiences and outcomes through strategic recruitment and industry collaboration. You will manage CRM strategies, interact with diverse stakeholders, and execute programs that enrich student learning while addressing labor market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee campus-wide recruitment programs and strategies
• Manage CRM platforms for job postings and communications
• Collaborate with faculty for effective engagement approaches
• Mentor and supervise teams of student staff
• Analyze labor market trends and improve employment strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of five years of related experience
• Understanding of career counseling standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid BC driver’s license and willingness for travel
