You will manage CRM strategies, interact with diverse stakeholders, and execute programs that enrich student learning while addressing labor market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee campus-wide recruitment programs and strategies

• Manage CRM platforms for job postings and communications

• Collaborate with faculty for effective engagement approaches

• Mentor and supervise teams of student staff

• Analyze labor market trends and improve employment strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• Minimum of five years of related experience

• Understanding of career counseling standards

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Valid BC driver’s license and willingness for travel
