As a Learning Coach at Flex Academy, enhance student engagement and learning for the 2026-27 school year. This role focuses on holistic development and personalized support.

Flex Academy offers a full-time Learning Coach position, dedicating 33 hours weekly to support individual and group learning. In collaboration with teaching staff, you'll tailor educational experiences and support student growth in various dimensions, ensuring their academic journey is fulfilling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic needs

• Work with educators on personalized learning strategies

• Organize clubs and activities that engage students

• Track and report on student progress and needs

• Communicate effectively with students and families
