You will lead efforts to deepen understanding of Siena’s AI solutions, crafting educational experiences that resonate with internal teams, users, and industry audiences.

Your role will encompass developing comprehensive training programs, designing onboarding experiences, and curating community interaction spaces that enrich our stakeholders’ knowledge and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive product education for internal staff

• Host customer workshops to deepen understanding of offerings

• Design efficient onboarding experiences for new clients

• Develop a rich repository of demos for educational purposes

• Establish the Siena Academy as a leading learning platform

Requirements:

• Deep fluency in AI products and their applications

• Proven track record as an engaging educator

• Strong community building experience and skills

• Previous involvement in building educational frameworks
