Certified Education Assistant / Education Assistant  Our Lady of Lourdes (West Kelowna, BC) invites applications for the 2025-26 school year. The goal of the staff is to provide students the ultimate learning experience in a nurturing and safe environment by building strong relationships and trust.

Responsibilities  Support classroom instruction, create an inclusive and safe learning environment, foster academic and spiritual growth, collaborate with colleagues and administration, and contribute to students’ development as passionate learners.

Preferred Qualifications   Commitment to Catholic Education
Identification with and participation in the life of a Catholic parish
Training specific to the role (Educational Assistant or Early Childhood Educator)
Successful Educational Assistant or Early Childhood experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential matters
Ability to work well with children, colleagues, and administration
First Aid Training Certificate
