Unleash your teaching potential at Big White Ski Resort as a Certified Snowboard Instructor. Enjoy a winter full of adventure while shaping the skills of aspiring snowboarders.
Join an esteemed team at Big White Ski Resort in Kelowna, BC. We are in search of CASI Level 2 instructors to lead both adult and children’s programs throughout the full winter duration. Develop engaging lesson content and conduct lessons focused on safety and skill progression across various age groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct snowboard lessons following CASI teaching methods
• Ensure safety measures for clients and team members
• Design lesson plans that promote effective learning
• Conduct evaluations of participants' performance
• Work in harmony with Ski & Board School staff
Requirements:
• CASI Level 2 or international equivalent
• Experience in snowboard instruction or leading guided groups
• Additional preference for CSIA certifications
• Capability to teach in another language like Spanish or French
• Completion of a criminal record check a requirement
