On-Call Early Childhood Educator

Position: On-Call Early Childhood Educator Role
Become an important part of the educational journey as an Early Childhood Educator on call with us. This flexible position allows you to implement an enriching Montessori-inspired curriculum while working in a supportive team environment.

We are seeking certified Early Childhood Educators for casual, on-call positions from September through June, with shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:15 PM. You will create a nurturing and developmentally enriching environment that fosters children's growth across various domains. Ideal candidates will bring experience in childcare, focus on emotional intelligence, and effective communication skills to build strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Montessori-inspired curriculum in classrooms

• Create a safe, warm, and inclusive environment

• Communicate and collaborate within the school community

• Support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development

• Maintain a nurturing atmosphere for all students

Requirements:

• Certified ECE with a valid BC license

• Montessori Training is an asset

• Experience in licensed childcare or preschool settings

• Current First Aid & CPR Certification

• Successful Criminal Record Check
