This full-time role involves fostering relationships with OIB and nominal roll students and collaborating with schools and community organizations to ensure student needs are met. Your work will focus on building learner profiles, enhancing communication, and supporting educational programs to uplift student experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusting relationships with students and families

• Organize and facilitate student support meetings

• Coordinate educational programs and tutoring services

• Collaborate with community partners to host events

• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or related diploma required

• At least two years of experience in education support

• Strong understanding of Indigenous educational contexts

• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence

• Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector) required
