In this key leadership role, you’ll implement innovative social and educational activities that foster community spirit. Collaborate with your team to ensure program objectives are met and evaluate the effectiveness of each initiative. Your efforts will create positive experiences for participants, enhancing community relationships through active engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute recreational and educational activities
• Work collaboratively to meet program objectives
• Ensure compliance with program guidelines and safety standards
• Develop promotional materials to engage the community
• Maintain records and submit required reports
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or significant experience with children/youth
• One year or more of related experience
• Class 5 Driver’s License; willingness to obtain Class 4
• First Aid and Food Safe certifications
• Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
