Part-Time Student Assistance Liaison

This part-time position entails collaborating with parents, school officials, and outside agencies to assess and support students' mental health needs. You'll conduct screenings, manage referrals, and provide counseling, ensuring a holistic approach to student care. Strong organizational skills and confidentiality are vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in student service coordination

• Conduct screenings and assessments

• Facilitate psychiatric service arrangements

• Collaborate with external agencies

• Attend and contribute to IU5 SAP meetings

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in social services or education

• Licensed Counselor preferred but not required

• Mandatory clearances: FBI and Child Abuse histories

• Familiarity with community resources

• Exceptional communication skills required
