In this full-time, engaging role, you will work closely with students and Indigenous communities. Your responsibilities include developing educational plans, facilitating retention, and connecting students with vital resources. A strong focus on cultural support will enhance the experience of each Indigenous student throughout their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate admissions and registration processes
• Develop individualized educational plans for students
• Communicate effectively with Indigenous students and communities
• Coordinate culturally relevant events to support student success
• Maintain records of student interviews and services provided
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area
• Minimum of 4 years experience with Indigenous learners
• Knowledge of Indigenous communities and customs
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
