Position: Full-Time Student Residence Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily care and safety of students

• Design and implement resident programming

• Maintain records and support student transitions

• Act as a primary contact for students and families

• Organize outdoor and community activities

Requirements:

• Experience working in boarding or educational settings

• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills

• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Proficiency in more than one language recommended

• Ability to work flexible hours
