Support dynamic learning as an Education Assistant at Our Lady of Lourdes in West Kelowna, BC, focusing on fostering academic and spiritual growth in students. Engage in a collaborative environment dedicated to nurturing leaders of tomorrow.
In this position, you will provide support for classroom instruction while creating an inclusive environment that challenges students to become passionate learners. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for classroom instruction to enhance learning
• Develop an inclusive and safe space for students
• Collaborate effectively with teachers and administration
• Assist in fostering academic and spiritual growth
• Encourage students to think critically and develop leadership skills
Requirements:
• Strong commitment to the values of Catholic Education
• Training in Educational Assistant or Early Childhood Education
• Previous experience in a relevant role
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Certification in First Aid Training
