Big White Ski Resort seeks CSIA Level 2 certified instructors for the winter season. This role requires five consecutive workdays during the Christmas period and up to 15 hours weekly. You'll create a safe and enjoyable learning environment, plan engaging lesson content, and assess participant progress in your sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ski lessons using CSIA methods in groups

• Ensure safety for both guests and staff members

• Prepare lesson content that meets diverse client needs

• Evaluate lessons and guide students based on performance

• Maintain open communication with team instructors

Requirements:

• Certification as CSIA Level 2 or equivalent

• Previous ski teaching or leadership experience

• Preferably fluent in a second language

• Handle challenging alpine weather conditions

• Must complete a criminal record check
