Join the YMCA of Southern Interior BC to oversee employment and education services in a full-time, on-site leadership position. Transform lives through innovative program development.
In the role of Employment and Education Services Manager, you will spearhead initiatives that provide essential life and employment skills to the Central Okanagan community. This involves ensuring compliance, leading a dedicated team, and establishing fruitful collaborations. Your work will have a direct positive impact on youth and families, guiding them towards lasting success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the strategic direction of employment services programs
• Monitor and ensure adherence to all legal standards
• Manage program budgets effectively and efficiently
• Foster partnerships with YMCA staff, agencies, and stakeholders
• Coach and support staff to improve service quality
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant area
• At least 5 years in employment service delivery
• Direct supervisory experience within community programs
• Strong writing and reporting skills
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment
Lead with purpose and impact youth and families through your role at the YMCA.
