Part-Time Senior Preschool Teacher

Located in Kelowna, BC, this role requires a candidate with an Early Childhood Education Certificate and two years of experience. You will plan and implement age-appropriate activities while ensuring compliance with licensing regulations. Building positive relationships with families and regularly assessing children's progress are key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome families and maintain correct enrolment information

• Plan and evaluate developmentally appropriate activities

• Ensure compliance with BGC Okanagan policies

• Develop individualized curriculum based on children's needs

• Report on children’s progress and maintain records

Requirements:

• Current Early Childhood Education Certificate and License

• Two years of related experience in preschool settings or equivalent

• Clear criminal record check after screening process

• Ability to attend to children's physical needs

• Strong communication skills with families
