Position: Okanagan College International Education Coordinator
Join Okanagan College as an International Education Coordinator, specializing in international partnerships and short-term programs. This role focuses on fostering global collaborations, especially with Japanese institutions.

You will be pivotal in supporting the development of OC’s international strategy while coordinating customized short-term educational experiences. Utilize your Japanese language skills to enhance communication with partners and manage program details. This role includes regular international travel and a collaborative approach across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support TNE agreements and program proposals

• Maintain partnership tracking systems and records

• Represent OC at international conferences and events

• Assist in developing institutional policies for partnerships

• Analyze program outcomes and create improvement reports

Requirements:

• Relevant degree required

• Minimum three years of experience in international education

• Fluency in Japanese mandatory

• Experience with short-term programs preferred

• Flexibility for international travel and irregular hours
