In this full-time role, you will support the Early Years program, guide assistants, and create inclusive learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and guide early childhood educator assistants

• Welcome new families and complete enrollment documentation

• Develop individualized learning experiences for children

• Monitor progress and maintain records for each child

• Ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education Certificate qualified

• One year of recent related experience

• Clear criminal record check required

• Commitment to inclusive practices

• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
