Freestyle Ski Instructor

Position: Freestyle Ski Instructor Role
Join the Big White Ski Resort team as a Freestyle Ski Instructor during the winter season. Enjoy an engaging work environment while sharing your passion for skiing with clients of all ages.

We are looking for instructors with CSIA Level 2 or higher certifications, as well as experience in international Snow Schools. Candidates should excel in teaching both adults and children and hold additional specialist qualifications. Work on varied terrain and help foster a safe, fun environment for all guests and fellow instructors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ski lessons aligning with CSIA standards

• Maintain safety and well-being of guests

• Develop detailed lesson plans for diverse learners

• Assess participants’ progress and next steps

• Communicate effectively with fellow program staff

Requirements:

• CSIA Level 2 or above certifications

• Proven ski instructing experience

• Certifications in Snowpark or CFSA preferred

• Multilingual abilities are an advantage

• Capacity to ski for long hours in alpine conditions
