Position: Okanagan College Recruitment Student Assistant
Join Okanagan College as a Recruitment Student Assistant. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing campus engagement and student experiences through tours and events.

This on-call position offers an incredible opportunity for Okanagan College students to assist in the recruitment process. As part of the Recruitment department, you will help prepare for events, manage inventory of materials, and greet and assist attendees. Your efforts will directly impact the student community while developing essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare recruitment materials for upcoming events

• Track and manage recruitment inventory supplies

• Welcome prospective students during campus tours

• Support Future Student Advisors on school visits

• Assist with recruitment events and student engagement tasks

Requirements:

• Must be a current student at Okanagan College

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills

• Ability to use various computer applications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities

This role allows you to combine event support with recruitment efforts, fostering connections and enhancing the Okanagan College community.
