In this role, your primary responsibility is to guide students in setting and achieving their academic goals while developing their career plans. You will conduct workshops, discuss skill-building opportunities, and provide insightful job market information.
Your role will also involve ongoing evaluation of student needs and collaborating with other units to create impactful programs and initiatives that promote effective retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students in developing individual career plans
• Provide coaching on job search techniques and skill advancement
• Evaluate and support academic progression issues
• Identify and support students in crisis
• Develop and implement transition projects for student onboarding
Requirements:
• Experience with diverse student demographics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and within teams
• Strong understanding of academic and career pathways
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
