As the Market Lead for Energy at WSP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Energy strategy for Western Canada. The position demands at least 18 years of experience, including 10 years in leadership roles within the Energy sector.

Your role will include applying advanced technical knowledge while nurturing talent and ensuring service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and grow the Energy practice regionally

• Serve as a technical expert and mentor to staff

• Manage significant client engagements within the Energy group

• Ensure all projects comply with regulations and industry standards

• Improve project delivery through internal collaboration

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of Energy sector experience

• Ten years of leadership experience required

• Engineering degree or related technical diploma

• Proven track record in business development

• Strong grasp of energy transformation and related trends
