Energy Conservation Advisor

Join FortisBC as an Energy Conservation Advisor in Kelowna, BC, focusing on efficient energy use for commercial and industrial customers. Build relationships while driving participation in conservation programs for tangible results.

In this full-time role with MoveUP, you will engage various stakeholders to promote energy conservation. Your expertise will help clients understand their energy needs, fostering long-lasting partnerships and support for FortisBC's energy conservation programs. You'll also balance customer engagement with technical solution delivery and project implementation to meet energy management targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage commercial and industrial customers about conservation programs

• Develop and influence customer relationships for energy efficiency

• Drive customer decisions on energy conservation projects

• Conduct energy audits and provide tailored recommendations

• Support FortisBC rebate programs to save energy and costs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• Minimum three years of experience in energy or technology roles

• Customer service or sales experience required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Valid BC driver’s license
