Infrastructure Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager based in Vancouver who wants to lead infrastructure projects that have real impact — projects that improve transportation, water systems, and community infrastructure across the Lower Mainland.

You’ll join a highly collaborative team of infrastructure specialists delivering projects for municipal and provincial clients. These are complex, meaningful projects that require leadership, problem solving, and strong client partnerships.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure projects of varying complexity.
• Manage stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and government clients.
• Ensure project goals related to schedule, budget, and scope are achieved.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate collaboration across multiple project teams.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and quality management processes.
• Support change management, payment certifications, and project administration.
• Identify and support business development opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Monitor project performance through schedules, financial tracking, and reporting.

• Experience
  • 5‑7 years of project management experience.
  • Experience representing owners in the delivery of infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex civil or infrastructure projects.

• Education
  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
• Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Experience working within structured PMO environments.
  • MS Project or scheduling software.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Certifications (Preferred)
  • EIT or P.Eng designation.
  • PMP certification.
• Soft Skills
  • Strong stakeholder and client relationship management.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership ability.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to work within structured processes.

Base Salary: $72,158 - $103,993 CAD (compensation determined based on experience, skills, and location).

Projects are primarily located across the Lower Mainland. Some regional travel to project sites may be required.
