Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and mentor staff to build operational strength

• Ensure compliance with national and provincial codes

• Lead proposals and business development efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Current P.Eng. registration in BC

• Minimum of 8 years in mechanical consulting

• Proven leadership and market growth experience

• Proficient in AutoCAD;
Revit MEP knowledge preferred
