As a Project Technologist, you will plan and execute maintenance strategies, support regional staff with technical solutions, and prepare comprehensive tender documents. Engaging with inspectors, managers, and contractors, you will facilitate ongoing building evaluations and recommend necessary interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and resolve building maintenance issues
• Create plans and specifications for tenders
• Monitor and evaluate the work of contractors
• Assist in creating budgets for facilities
• Collaborate on long-range maintenance planning
Requirements:
• Diploma in an applicable technology program
• Substantial experience in building inspections
• Knowledge of BC Building Code and municipal procedures
• Strong analytical and innovative skills
• Valid BC Driver’s Licence and security clearance
