As a Team Lead in Mechanical Engineering, you will drive operations across Kelowna and Kamloops, expanding WSP's presence in BC, the Yukon, and Western Canada. You'll be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and leading a team of engineers and designers, ensuring exceptional project outcomes. Your leadership will also involve business development across key sectors, including healthcare and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance for project quality assurance

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key sectors

• Build lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction

• Lead proposals and business development initiatives

• Oversee mechanical system designs from concept to completion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 8+ years of consulting experience with leadership track record

• Success in managing high-performing teams

• Familiarity with major healthcare projects preferred

• Proficiency in AutoCAD;
Revit MEP desirable
