Senior Estimator

In this office-based role, you will report directly to the Estimating Manager, delivering full estimating services while working with the Project Development, Operations, and Estimating teams. This position encompasses various estimating levels, including conceptual work, and requires adept management of supplier/sub-contractor quotes and proposals for client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solicit, review, and level subcontractor quotes

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers

• Prepare accurate estimates with quantity takeoffs

• Participate in project and client meetings

• Manage and mitigate estimating risks

Requirements:

• 10+ years of estimator experience in general construction

• Post-secondary qualification in engineering or related

• Experience in project coordination or management

• Proficiency in estimating software (InEight preferable)

• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
