Location: Greenwood
Support the Royal Canadian Air Force’s MQ-9B program as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at CAE in Greenwood, Nova Scotia. Maintain aircraft systems and ensure mission readiness through expertise and dedication.
As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at CAE, you will play a critical role in supporting the MQ-9B Sky Guardian Remotely Piloted Aircraft System. You’ll perform essential inspections, repairs, and technical record maintenance to guarantee airworthiness. This dynamic role requires adaptability as you may deploy to remote locations for extended operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and repair aircraft systems meticulously
• Maintain accurate technical records and documentation
• Participate in flight line servicing and inspections
• Comply with safety and airworthiness protocols
• Replace aircraft components and order necessary parts
Requirements:
• Approved Technician Diploma in Aviation Maintenance
• Possess a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Ability to pass military fitness and security screenings
• Eligible for deployment and shift work
