In this critical role, you'll manage MEP staff to conform to contract documents while guiding preconstruction efforts to align with project goals. Your expertise in procurement strategies, constructability reviews, and risk management will contribute to overall project success, enhancing both quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage compliance and conformance of MEP staff
• Advise on procurement strategies suited to project requirements
• Conduct value engineering and constructability reviews
• Support budget and schedule development for projects
• Foster collaboration with project commissioning authority
Requirements:
• Degree in construction or engineering, or comparable experience
• 10+ years in mechanical and electrical construction
• Experience with Design-Build projects necessary
• Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and practices
• Proactive in identifying and solving issues
