As the Estimating Lead, you will implement estimating standards, analyze projects for risk factors, and ensure effective collaboration across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the team in developing cost estimates
• Approve bids and ensure accuracy against actual costs
• Identify project risks and propose strategies
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers
• Support value engineering and contract reviews
Requirements:
• 8-12 years in estimating with leadership experience
• Proficiency in relevant estimating software
• Strong ability in financial analysis and Excel
• Knowledgeable in construction project phases
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
