As a Mechanical Engineering Leader, you will guide a team of engineers and designers, fostering collaboration while enhancing operational efficiency in the Interior BC market. You’ll oversee project technical quality, manage client relationships, and spearhead business development efforts to secure growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment and mentorship for engineering teams

• Ensure outstanding technical quality on all projects

• Identify growth opportunities in education and healthcare

• Oversee mechanical system design for various projects

• Act as primary client liaison to guarantee satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required

• P.Eng. registration in BC is mandatory

• At least 8 years of consulting mechanical engineering experience

• Proven ability to manage high-performing teams

• Knowledge of the BC Interior market is advantageous
