Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from conceptual design to final completion

• Conduct site evaluations of existing structures

• Formulate rehabilitation programs and recommend concepts

• Design building components and envelope systems

• Prepare reports, drawings, and specifications

Requirements:

• Degree in civil engineering or material science

• 10–15 years of Building Science and Restoration experience

• Registered or eligible for registration with EGBC

• Proven leadership and mentoring skills

• Exceptional communication abilities
