PAL Aerospace is seeking an M2 licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our Fixed-Wing Search and Rescue operations. You will perform critical inspections, maintenance, and repair tasks while ensuring compliance with both company and regulatory standards. You'll actively contribute to the operational readiness of our aircraft, managing parts and maintenance equipment effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inspection and repair processes for company aircraft

• Update management on maintenance issues impacting serviceability

• Comply with safety practices and documentation requirements

• Organize tools and parts for maintenance operations

• Complete journey logs and certifications for maintenance performed

Requirements:

• Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completion

• M2 Aircraft Maintenance License or equivalent rating

• Experience with C295 / CC295 considered an asset

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Willingness to work flexible shifts and with RCAF
