We are recruiting for a Senior Electrical Engineer in the industrial sector in a hybrid work environment in Penticton, British Columbia.

• $115000.00 - $165000.00 annually
• Earn a competitive salary ranging from $115k to $165k

• Lead electrical design for low, medium, and high voltage systems
• Conduct power system studies including load flow, arc flash, and harmonics
• Develop control schemes, relay settings, and protection logic
• Manage projects including schedules, budgets, and client communication
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and compliance documentation
• Mentor EITs and support team development through coaching

• Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering with P.Eng designation required
• Bring 7–20 years of experience in power systems or utility engineering
• Demonstrate proficiency with ETAP, SKM, Easy Power or similar tools
• Exhibit strong understanding of protective relays and control systems
• Apply knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and IEEE standards
• Show proven project management and client engagement experience
