Arcadis is seeking a motivated Graduate Estimator to join our dynamic team in Kelowna. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates or final-year civil engineering students eager to support cost estimates throughout project life cycles. You will collaborate with senior team members on various civil and infrastructure projects, improving your estimating skills and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in cost estimation across project stages

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and proposal development

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on projects

• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM models

• Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs)

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or final-year Civil Engineering student

• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and BIM navigation

• Familiarity with Bluebeam for drawing reviews

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong communication and organizational skills
