Position: Controls Designer for Water Industry

As an Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Designer in Kelowna, you will focus on designing and estimating control panel systems for municipal water and wastewater applications. Your expertise in SCADA systems and instrumentation will be key in supporting project requirements. Collaborating with teams, you'll ensure projects meet client specifications while adhering to the Canadian Electrical code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed AutoCAD designs for various control panels

• Specify instrumentation and oversee related installations

• Prepare complete project drawings for tenders

• Coordinate project management tasks from estimation to completion

• Maintain accurate inventory control for materials

Requirements:

• Proven AutoCAD design experience in control layouts

• Familiarity with municipal water and wastewater systems

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of Industrial Ethernet design would be a plus

• Strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
