Position: Environmental Engineer for WSP
Become a key player in environmental transformation  an Environmental Engineer, you'll tackle mine site challenges and deliver sustainable solutions in British Columbia, Alberta, or Yukon.

In this crucial role within WSP's Mine Water & Environment team, you'll manage complex projects involving contaminated sites, from investigation to remediation. You will utilize your expertise in environmental chemistry and geology to create actionable plans that foster safer outcomes. Collaborating with a team of specialists, your efforts will directly contribute to reimagining regions affected by mining activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead contaminated site investigations and remediation efforts

• Develop and interpret site models for remediation plans

• Provide management of project scope, quality, and budget

• Collaborate on field programs ensuring health and safety

• Mentor early-career staff and enhance team expertise

Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental Engineering or related field

• Experience with contaminated site projects

• Professional registration or eligibility as an Engineer or Geoscientist

• Strong project management skills

• Experience in northern or remote environments
