As a Senior Telecom Engineer
, you will play a key technical leadership role in the delivery of mission-critical telecommunications systems across a variety of projects for CIMA+'s key clients. Our telecommunications team works with industrial and public-sector clients across power utilities, energy, transportation, telecommunications carriers, and other critical infrastructure sectors.

You will lead and contribute to system architecture, design, and implementation; coordinate technical interfaces with other engineering disciplines; provide technical guidance to project teams; and work directly with clients to develop practical, reliable, and resilient telecommunications solutions across a broad range of wired and wireless applications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to telecommunications engineering work packages, system architecture and detailed design for complex projects.
• Develop design criteria, network architectures, schematics, block diagrams, interconnection diagrams, and other engineering deliverables.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, design reports, calculations, bills of materials, inspection and testing procedures, and procurement documentation.
• Lead or participate in technical design reviews and evaluate technology options, equipment selections and system performance requirements.
• Coordinate telecommunications interfaces with protection and control, SCADA/automation, cybersecurity, electrical, civil/structural and other engineering disciplines.
