Key Responsibilities

Supervise frontline team members and assign work duties.

Manage slot machine reservations and promote casino initiatives.

Coach and mentor employees and create an engaging work environment.

Manage schedules as required.

Work in compliance with internal controls, company policies and procedures and/or provincial lottery/ gaming policies and procedures.

Manage or report any violations and escalate to the appropriate level as necessary.

Acquire and maintain a knowledge of all slot operations policies and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Maintain knowledge of all slot operations policies and procedures.

Coach and mentor employees and create an engaging work environment.

What You Bring

Minimum two years of supervisory experience in casino/ hospitality industry preferred.

One year experience as a Slot Attendant an asset.

Post-secondary education or a combination of education and experience an asset.

Experience handling cash and working with the public.

Serving It Right certificate.

Superior customer service and people management skills.

Extensive knowledge of slot machine functions is an asset.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Able to qualify for a GPEB license.

Ability to complete training required by regulators.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

A willingness to develop new skills and stay on top of the latest industry news and insights.
