Become a key leader at Greenwood Champions as a Supervisor in Customer Service. Enhance operational efficiency while providing unparalleled service.
In this role, you will report directly to the Manager and focus on meeting both budgetary and service goals. Your responsibilities will include training staff, managing schedules, and overseeing compliance with industry regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals experienced in both hospitality and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Model WEG’s core values in daily tasks
• Create a safe space for both staff and guests
• Train Hospitality Attendants on operational tasks
• Manage schedules and payroll through Kronos
• Ensure optimal food and beverage presentation
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in food service settings
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry
• Familiarity with POS systems like Volante
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Diploma in Business Administration or related field
Lead by example and ensure excellence in customer service at Greenwood Champions.
