This casual/relief position seeks an experienced leader with strong organizational skills for overseeing cage operations. You will manage monetary transactions and foster a collaborative work atmosphere. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, all while setting a standard for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and direct Cage operation
• Manage the casino float for accuracy
• Train and develop direct reports effectively
• Perform audits of gaming accounts and systems
• Prepare promotional cheques and reconcile records
Requirements:
• Two years of supervisory experience with cash
• Familiarity with casino cashier duties an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to obtain necessary gaming registrations
