This casual/relief role requires a detail-oriented leader who can mentor and motivate staff while maintaining operational integrity. You will be accountable for the accuracy of department data and performance, conducting audits, and managing schedules. In addition, your ability to foster teamwork is essential to achieving operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all operations within the Cage
• Supervise staff training and performance reviews
• Conduct audits and reconcile gaming account information
• Oversee the processing of promotional cheques
• Maintain security and accuracy in cash handling
Requirements:
• Two years in supervisory roles managing cash
• Previous casino cashier experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Working knowledge of relevant software
• Flexibility to meet specific gaming registration needs
