Location: Penticton
Join Gateway as a Slot Supervisor and play a key role in creating an engaging and secure atmosphere for both guests and staff at our vibrant casino.
This position is ideal for proactive individuals with supervisory experience in the casino sector, providing guidance to team members and managing operations smoothly. You will be responsible for supporting casino initiatives while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assign work duties and supervise frontline staff
• Manage and promote slot machine reservations
• Coach and develop team members for improved performance
• Coordinate scheduling to meet business needs
• Ensure adherence to all gaming and company policies
Requirements:
• At least two years of supervisory experience in casino/hospitality
• Educational background or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience in cash handling and customer service
• Strong skills in people management and customer relations
• Knowledge of slot machine operations is beneficial
