Serve Kelowna customers as a Personal Banking Associate, using financial advice and customer service skills in a 37.5-hour branch schedule.
At TD Canada Trust, you will support Personal and Commercial Banking customers with day-to-day advice, service transactions, and banking solutions. The role involves understanding needs, resolving problems, guiding customers to appropriate partners, and providing digital education. You will also support branch operations and accurate business processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage customers through advice, transactions, and problem resolution
- Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
- Complete accurate processes and regulatory documentation
- High School diploma or one-plus years relevant experience
- Complete Investment Funds Canada licensing within 90 days
- Use Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet tools
- Understand banking solutions and related processes
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
