This Business Advisor position serves as a trusted partner to Small Business members across an assigned book of business. You will identify goals through discovery meetings, provide deposit, credit, insurance, and investment support, and promote financial wellness. The role also includes annual credit reviews, account monitoring, compliance, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop opportunities through networking and proactive outreach
Represent Beem at business organizations and events
Use CRM tools and digital channels to identify opportunities
Complete annual credit reviews and monitor account conduct
Assist with cash flow management and financial planning
Requirements:
Seven to ten years in the financial services industry
Five to seven years in commercial portfolio management
Solid financial accounting knowledge
Experience with credit underwriting and risk assessment
Small Business Advisory certificate or CCP designation is an asset
Bring business development, credit review, and digital relationship management skills to Beem’s Okanagan member portfolio.
